We are located in the Asturian municipality of Piloña, in an area close to the Picos de Europa, where you can enjoy incredible sunrises. Our village houses for rent have been charmingly decorated in stone and wood in a rural style. They are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a fantastic vacation. Close to the main tourist attractions (Ribadesella, Lagos de Covadonga, Arriondas and its famous Descent of the Sella, Cangas de Onís, Lastres, etc.) and its beautiful beaches. We will make you feel at home. Come and meet us.... The houses can accommodate from 2 to 19 people, all of them ideal for a romantic getaway with your partner, or for groups of friends and families.

At the Soviña estate in Cereceda, we have two of our largest houses:

-La Casona de Soviña: An authentic Asturian farmhouse, completely renovated, located on the Soviña estate with extensive grounds and gardens, surrounded by fruit trees.
The estate is irrigated by a small trout stream and has wonderful views over the Picos de Europa and the Cordillera del Sueve mountain range.
Relatively isolated, it is located in the Cider Region, next to another building we own, the Oriental house, which can accommodate large groups of up to 19 people. It is possible to rent both houses on the estate exclusively. (They only share the entrance to the estate, gardens, and parking area.)

Walks around the estate and along the stream will delight adults, children, and pets alike. The estate is not completely fenced in; there are areas with wooden fences and others with stone fences, but it is not completely fenced in.

It has three floors, with three separate entrances and porches. Each floor has a splendid living-dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds) and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub).

The two houses on the property can use our washing machines and dryers located in a building adjacent to the two houses.

It is the ideal house for meetings, group activities, and families. And thanks to our location, you can visit both the interior of Asturias, as well as the mountains and coast, without traveling many kilometers. La Casona is only 6 km from Villamayor, 20 km from Arriondas, 26 km from Cangas de Onís and Covadonga, and about 32 km from the beach at Ribadesella.

Beautiful and romantic two-story village house in the village of Robledo, belonging to the parish of Cereceda. Decorated in stone and wood, it is very cozy, making it perfect for couples or couples with one child due to its layout. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with a TV and wood-burning stove, and a kitchenette. Upstairs, there is a spacious suite-style room with a double bed and bathroom, as well as a loft with a 90cm single bed (recommended for children over 6 years old) and a glassed-in gallery converted into a small living room with great views of the Cordillera del Sueve and the Picos de Europa.
The house is attached to another property we own, the Casa del Horno (but it does not share anything with the other house, only the garden area).

It is located in the municipality of Piloña, 8 km from Villamayor. It is 23 km from Arriondas (9 km by narrow mountain road), 29 km from Cangas de Onís and Covadonga, about 23 km from the beautiful beach of Colunga and 34 km from the beach of Ribadesella.

-Casa El Horno with capacity for 4/6 people.

Beautiful two-story village house, located in the upper part of the village, on the slopes of the Cordillera del Sueve. It has been decorated with detail and in the typical style of an Asturian rural house, with stone walls and wood finishes that provide the typical homely warmth of village houses in Asturias.

On the ground floor there is a spacious and cozy living-dining room with a wood-burning stove and a large restored bread oven, which gives the house its name, as well as a kitchen with everything you need to make your stay easier. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with private bathrooms. There is also an extra room with two 90 cm single beds in a loft (recommended for children over 6 years old), as well as a glassed-in gallery converted into a small living room with great views of the Picos de Europa.

The house is attached to another property we own, the Tenada house (but it does not share anything with the other house, only the garden area).
