Casa de Torres is an old traditional farmhouse, renovated in 1923 to adapt to the taste for the colonial style of the time, and renovated again in 2017. It retains the characteristic elements of a traditional rural home, such as the granary, well, and courtyard, as well as a wine cellar, as is the case in many typical houses in the Salnés area.

The house is ideal for groups of friends and families of up to 10 people. It has 250 m² of usable space and 1,600 m² of land, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three common areas spread over two floors, furnished and fully equipped.

The very spacious, fully exterior house is distributed over two floors:

- On the ground floor, there is the kitchen – fully equipped, with a wood-burning stove, a ceramic hob, microwave, and refrigerator – a toilet with a shower, a large living room, and a double bedroom.

- On the upper floor, we find three more double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), a single bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a very sunny sitting room-library with a magnificent gallery from which to enjoy sunsets with unbeatable views over the Ría de Arousa.

The property has a front patio and parking area. At the back, a large, sunny landscaped area with a traditional granary, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a huge stone table and benches where the whole family can gather.

Every detail of the house's renovation has been carefully looked after to ensure that your holidays or getaway to the Rías Baixas become an unforgettable good memory.

The location is unbeatable, 7 km from Sanxenxo and the beaches of A Lanzada, San Vicente, and O Grove, and 6 km from Cambados.

Access to the Salnés Freeway (less than 1 km away) and the AP9 makes it an ideal location for daily visits to any of the towns along the Atlantic coast of Galicia (Vilagarcía de Arousa, A Illa, Pontevedra…). It is also a perfect spot if you want to explore other nearby destinations such as Santiago de Compostela (65 km, 45 min) or Vigo (55 km, 45 min).

The natural beauty and mild climate make the Salnés area an ideal tourist destination in any season of the year, whether for its beaches – world-renowned for their white, fine sands and exceptional water quality – for its location in the Atlantic Islands Natural Park, or for the countless wineries in the area, which have made it a renowned wine route for Albariño.

- Dog-friendly beaches: Being so close to the dog beaches of O Grove (6 km), the house offers an ideal location to enjoy a fun day at the beach with the whole family.

- Praia de A Lanzada: One of the pioneering beaches to fly the Blue Flag for Clean Seas in Europe. It has over 2 km of open-sea beach and a wooden boardwalk that allows us to oxygenate the body and revive the spirit at any time of year.

- Protected spaces: O Grove remains a privileged place for the maintenance of various protected spaces.

- Archaeology: Adro Vello site, Bamio petroglyphs.

- Cambados: Cambados is a historic enclave carved in granite, considered one of the most beautiful, admired, and interesting tourist destinations in Galicia. It deserves a thorough visit to contemplate its manor houses and noble homes. An attractive heritage that complements its tourist offer with the Rías Baixas wine route, hiking trails, and activities such as nautical and seafaring tourism, popular festivals, and numerous cultural activities.
