Another dog beach on our map thanks to Benalmádena, which is joining the dog-friendly tourism movement! Next weekend, the new dog beach in Benalmádena, chosen for its good location and lack of crowds, is expected to be fully prepared to welcome families with dogs.The beach will have a specially designed shower and drinking fountain for our dogs and will be located on Tajo de la Soga beach.It should be noted that Benalmádena has also implemented various initiatives in favor of animals, such as banning shows that exploit animals, limiting the use of firecrackers and rockets, and the modification of the ordinance on the ownership of pets and dangerous dogs to implement DNA registration and introduce the obligation to use soapy water to dilute dog urine on public roads.There are also plans to create a new 3,400-square-meter dog park near La Paloma Park on Avenida García Lorca in Arroyo de la Miel.
