Zadorra House

Zadorra Etxea is a farmhouse that is over 200 years old, renovated with eco-friendly materials and equipped with solar and thermal energy systems.

The entire house has 5 double rooms (one of which is adapted for disabled guests), all with bathroom and hydromassage shower, satellite TV, and WiFi. All rooms can accommodate two single beds or a large 180 cm double bed, and there is also the possibility of an extra bed in three rooms. It also has a kitchen-dining room for the exclusive use of guests and a large parking area and garden.

The house is easily accessible and very peaceful, and all sports, cultural, and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Zadorra Etxea is located in a rural neighborhood adjacent to the medieval historic center of Salvatierra-Agurain, a town of more than 4,200 residents that is notable for its many coats of arms and stately homes. Its location is excellent, 20 minutes from Vitoria-Gasteiz, 40 minutes from Pamplona, and less than an hour from Bilbao and San Sebastián. The Aitzkorri-Aratz and Entzia Natural Parks and the Mendixur Ornithological Park (next to the beaches of Garaio) are 10 km away, and the Urbasa Natural Park is less than 20 km away.Agurain has always been a place of passage, as evidenced by the Camino de Santiago and the N-1 highway. Located in the center of the Llanada Alavesa, it is a village surrounded by agricultural crops, where we can also see native forests declared a Site of Community Interest, centuries-old oak groves, and beech forests. Archaeological remains abound, such as the dolmens of Sorginetxe and Aizkomendi, and the Mendiluze cromlech.

Five minutes away, you can visit the Romanesque paintings in the churches of Gazeo and Alaiza. In addition, throughout the villages of the region there are irrigation ponds where, together with the Mendixur Park, you can go bird watching. In autumn, it is common to gather mushrooms and all kinds of wild mushrooms, and it is also the season when wood pigeons pass through.
