Located in La Calahorra, in the Marquesado del Zenete, and next to the Puerto de la Ragua in Sierra Nevada, you will find Hostal Rosabel. A unique and welcoming place where you can enjoy peace and quiet and fresh air with your pet.
Our hostel has a total of 6 double rooms (double bed or 2 90 cm beds), 2 double rooms (bunk beds), and 2 triple rooms. All rooms have a balcony, private bathroom, heating, and AC.
We also have a restaurant with three dining rooms and a patio, two of which have a fireplace, where you can find a varied menu of meat, fish, typical dishes, and new suggestions every day. From Monday to Friday we also offer daily set menus for €10. We have games and books available for our guests.
We are located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, a privileged location for enjoying nature and discovering new places full of life and magic. We have endless trails and forest tracks, rivers, and snowy areas where you can walk with your pets.
The villages of the Marquesado del Zenete and their easy accessibility offer us the option of visiting a 14th-century fortress or enjoying a swim in the small lake of Cogollos (20 minutes from our location). Walk among the centuries-old chestnut trees in the La Rosandra recreational area (Aldeire) and even climb to the 3,090-meter peak of Picón de Jerez.
