Mansio de la Plata is an old Roman inn, just as it might have been in the third century, but with all the comforts of today. Located in a privileged setting, where green meadows combine with chestnut, oak, and walnut trees to create a dreamlike landscape, where two majestic mountain ranges meet, those of France (La Alberca) and Béjar (La Covatilla), with unique charms, where the air is as clean as the water.
We have double rooms with bathrooms on the ground floor. There is a large living room where you can enjoy the tranquility by the fireplace. Outside, the house has a beautiful Roman courtyard.
Here you can sample the culinary specialties of the area, including both Castilian and Extremaduran cuisine.
In the summer season, you can cool off in our swimming pool while enjoying the unbeatable views that surround it.
