Casa Belarmino is a three-star rural house located in El Bierzo, 2 km from Bembibre, León. This house was built in the early 20th century, mostly out of stone and wood with a slate roof. The house has been restored respecting its original condition and form, turning it into a functional and comfortable space without losing its original charm.It used to consist of a kitchen, located in the same place as the current one, and three bedrooms, all on the ground floor. It ceased to be inhabited in the late 1960s and was the birthplace of its former owner, from whom it takes its current name.
The house has 70 m² spread over two floors:
• Ground floor. It consists of a 20 m² living room/kitchen, an 11 m² double bedroom with a 1.35 m bed and built-in wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower.
• Upper floor. It has two bedrooms, one measuring 14 m² with a 1.35 m bed, an extra 90 cm bed, and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom is 13 m² and has two 90 cm beds, an extra 90 cm bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower. It also has a small library and games area.
• Exterior. The house has a small patio of about 10 square meters. The kitchen is equipped for 8 people in terms of kitchenware and has a microwave, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, toaster, extractor hood, and a juicer. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and one shower towel and one washcloth per person. The house can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
